Delivery charges are based on UK mainland (not including Highlands and Islands)

Shipments priced up to £25 will be charged at £5.99

Shipments £25-£75 are charged at £7.99

Shipments £75-£125 are charged at £9.99

Shipments £125-£175 are charged at £10.99

Shipments £175-£250 are charged at £11.99

Shipments over £250 will be shipped for FREE

These prices are based on one carton orders with a maximum weight of 20 kg.

Returns

We are happy to accept returns on unwanted perfect products. If the wallpaper is returned within 7 days of delivery, we will refund in total as long as the wallpaper is in fully saleable condition. The cost of return must be borne by the purchaser. If the delivery is refused, we reserve the right to charge a £12.50 handling fee.

If the wallpaper is returned after the 7 day cooling off period, We will refund less outward P+P and the cost of return must be borne by the customer.

Returns after 28 days of delivery may be accepted but there may be an administration/re-stocking fee.

If in the unlikely event, the product is faulty (as long as the instructions on the reverse of the label are adhered to), we will fully refund and bear the cost of the return. If the customer requires replacements, these will be sent as quickly as possible. The customer may also request credit to spend in store. We cannot entertain claims for hanging the items.
